Hey all,
I just got this website from Clif Sawyer, he told me about the upcoming events, so I hope to make THIS reunion. In a nutshell:
I have been married for almost 17 years, I have 3 kids: Danielle 15,
Jessica 11, and Matthew 8. As per anyones life with kids, we are doing the braces AGAIN (this time Jessica), the drivers permit/license, the typical family woes, that, being born a parent, I have NO IDEA what these kids are going through!! Hope all are well, and I look forward to hearing from alot of you!

I have two beautiful girls Stacy, 15 & Shelby, 13. After being divorced for almost 10 years I found the love of my life and thanks to Hurricane Katrina we have been married for 1 year. (How did I know I was going to marry my girls volleyball, basketball & softball coach at Lakeview playground in New Orleans) I can’t wait to see my gang —- Maureen, Heidi, Alice, Sherry (you guys know who you are — I love yall !!)
Alain, was great to chat with you today!
And, to my ‘anonymous IRS caller’…M.K….that conversation was fun too!
Thanks also to everyone who emailed to check on me and my family post-K.
It is nice to have the web site to read and see what’s been up with classmates. I have two grown children- Son- 22- just married high-school sweetheart- and daughter- 20 -attending USM. I have also had a foreign exchange student in 1996 who has now become part of our family. She is 28 now and I am looking forward to little Taiwanese grandbabies. Interesting!!! how that worked out. Jen is a blessing to our family. So now I am trying to fill the absence of all the baseball games, ricitals and club meetings with ????
Whatever I can – getting pass the empty nest sydrome and enjoying life. My husband and I are still local, attend the Nazarene Church, fish quite often, and take motorbike rides now. Can’t wait to see what’s next in store???
I hope to see more poeple post there status. It’s nice just knowing. Just maybe I might get the time to visit this reunion.
I have been living in the Phoenix, AZ area for the last 10+ years. I have worked as a computer/technology instructor during this time. I am going back to school to become, our worst high school worst, a teacher.
If anyone wants to contact me, they can reach me at dashaw@qwest.net
I hope all is well with everyone from the class of ‘82!
I stumbled across this site and thought you might be able to answer a question, although not related to your reunion.
I lived in Slidell several years ago for a while. I think the subdivision was called Country Club. The main street was Country Club Blvd. and it backed up to Interstate 12.
Does anyone know how this area was affected by the hurricane? I never could find any specific info. on it at the time.
OK, it’s Amy Robertson Browning. I posted a message on the missing in action page as well but thought I would throw this out also. I have been married to Scott Browning (from Richmond, VA) for 18 years and we have boy/girl twins, age 13, a boy, age 9 and another boy, age 7. We live in Mobile, AL where he is an attorney and I work freelance as a photo journalist. We stay very busy and haven’t been able to make the latest reunion. I hope to see everyone at the 30th reunion. My e-mail is amyrbrowning@comcast.net. I would like to talk to Claudia Miller? Anyone seen her? All the best, Amy

Justin,
What are you and Jesse doing up at 2 and 3 in the morning? I didn’t think people our age could stay up that late any more.
